Financial Assistance

At Hartford HealthCare we realize that most medical expenses are the result of unexpected illness or accidents and are difficult to budget for. We are committed to meeting your healthcare needs and treating you with compassion from the bedside to the billing office.

We offer several ways to help you pay for care:

Patient Financial Services

Financial
Counseling

Our experts can explain the billing process, payment plan options and help determine if you are eligible for one of our many financial assistance programs.

Insurance Eligibility
Assessment

You may be eligible for government assistance and not even know it. We offer evaluations to determine if you qualify for programs such as Medicaid, Medicare or others.

Financial
Assistance

If you qualify, we offer discounts and even grants to pay for care. Once we understand your situation, we will match you with a program that best meets your needs.
