Hartford HealthCare Campus Care is proud to partner with local teams, colleges, universities and high schools to provide care for their faculty, staff and students and help them feel their best.

 

 

Our Team of care professionals oversee the Student Health Services on each campus and help coordinate care with the larger Hartford HealthCare network when more care is needed. Services include, overall health, sports health, behavioral health, neurology, substance use disorder treatment, musculoskeletal care, education and student engagement.

 

Students, faculty and staff also have the benefit of using GoHealth urgent care clinics, a Hartford HealthCare partner, and GoHealth virtual health when student health services are not available.

Hartford HealthCare Courage Award

 

The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), in association with The Associated Press (AP) and Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network, presented the Hartford HealthCare Connecticut Courage Award to 12 student-athletes, male and female, at Connecticut colleges and universities of all levels who have demonstrated courage in the face of adversity.

HHC Courage Award

Each month between November, 2019 and April, 2020, two inspiring student-athletes, one male and one female, who have demonstrated courage in the face of adversity—such as overcoming injury, illness or other challenges—were recognized as Hartford HealthCare Connecticut Courage Award Finalists. A panel of writers, editors and sports information directors from CoSIDA, AP and College Hoops Illustrated as well as the program’s Ambassador, former WNBA and UConn basketball standout Rebecca Lobo, selected the honorees.
