I make sure to take the stairs when possible. Skip that soda, water is always the better option. If I am feeling hungry in between meals, I try to grab a yogurt or piece of fruit rather than candy, pastries, or other unhealthy snacks. In our office, we try to promote healthier living by going on a daily 15 minute walk with the team.
