I have tried to adopt a healthier lifestyle by staying active even if the colder months. During the warmer times, I go for a 2 mile walk/run everyday with my dog. I also do in door exercises with a kettle bell. During the colder months I can not walk/run outside due to my asthma, btu I try to keep up with my in door exercises and add some cardio inside as well. I have also started to cook with less oil, and bake almost everything instead of frying or sauteeing in oil. I have tried many more vegetables and added them into my diet as well.
