Marketing, Communications & Classes SMS/Text Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Hartford HealthCare, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Hartford HealthCare. These messages may include:

  • Updates and reminders related to healthcare classes and events
  • Information about Hartford HealthCare services you may benefit from

You can opt-out of all SMS text messages by texting STOP to 21515. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from 21515. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 21515. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you’ve opted out from. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to the respective short code.
