I don't have internet access or a personal device to complete remote orientation
No problem. Contact your manager or HHC contact as soon as you can. They will make arrangements for you to get computer access so you can complete orientation.

My device can't play sound
Many of the courses have sound. Contact your manager or HHC contact as soon as you can. They will make arrangements for you to get access in another way so you can complete orientation.

Can I complete remote orientation before my start date?
In order to pay you for the time you’re working, you can’t begin before your start date. Please begin and complete the courses in the allotted time on the specified date.

I am not able to complete all of my courses on the day of my remote orientation
Your remote orientation day follows a standard schedule. If you don’t finish all of the courses during your assigned time, please contact your manager or HHC contact about finishing the course(s) when you report to work.

I can't find my employee ID number

  • Search your emails for an email from “Hartford HealthCare Human Resources {donotreply@careers.hhchealth.org}” - Subject Line: Please Read: Hartford HealthCare - Start Date Reminder. This communication is sent to you 5 days before your start date and contains your Employee ID Number.
  • Call the Employee Service Center at 860.696.3500 and select option '0.'

I can't log in to HealthStream
Make sure you entered the correct login information and try again. If that doesn’t work, wait a few minutes, close your browser or application, and try logging in to HealthStream again. If you continue having problems, please contact our Information Technology Help Desk at 860.545.5699. Tell them your name and that you're having a problem with remote orientation.

I logged in to HealthStream and the courses aren’t there
