What conditions can be treated at the clinic?
Providers at the clinic treat injuries or illnesses that require attention but are not-life threatening. These include but are not limited to:
- Asthma
- Blood pressure testing
- Bronchitis
- Ear infections and earaches
- Fever

- Insect bites
- Minor burns
- Pink Eye
- Point of care testing – A1C, pregnancy, strep and others

- Rashes
- Sore throat
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Upper respiratory infections

Providers can prescribe medications if needed to be filled at the Walgreen’s pharmacy or a pharmacy of the patient’s choice.
What to expect during your visit:
Upon arriving at the clinic, you will be greeted by a Harford HealthCare medical assistant who will check your vital signs, height and weight and ask about your symptoms or other health concerns. Following your initial assessment, you will be seen by a Hartford HealthCare provider via a video monitor. The provider will assess your condition, prescribe medications if needed, and coordinate follow-up care with a primary care provider or specialist if necessary.
Will my medical insurance cover the visit?
Visits are covered by most insurance plans. Make sure to bring your insurance card with you.
