Join us in person for a FREE Walk to Wellness educational seminar presented in partnership with Westfarms Mall. This month, Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network physical therapists Riley Houde and Lily Holm will discuss what you need to know about fall prevention. During this free educational presentation, learn about the "Safe Steps" program, changes in balance, home safety tips and treatment and rehabilitation options. A LIVE Q&A with the experts will follow the presentation. After the presentation, coffee and a light breakfast will be provided by DORO Marketplace. Registration is required. Please use the mall's main entrance between Macy's Men's and Texas de Brazil off New Britain Avenue; all other entrances will be locked. The Walk to Wellness Monthly Seminar is located in the Hartford HealthCare Rest & Relaxation Lounge on the first floor outside of Nordstrom.
