I found Dr. Ingrassia to be knowledgeable, likeable, and straightforward. It was my first visit with him, but he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly. The only complaint I have is with the booking staff. It was extremely difficult to get through to the office to plan a visit. I had to call the office 5 separate times just to speak with someone.
