I have only had three appointments with Dr. Fort so far, but within that short time I can say that I feel very fortunate to have him for my primary care physician. He shares his knowledge in a way that makes me feel much more educated about my health issues and I know, because of that and the respectful way he interacts with me, that I have become very motivated to work on improving my health to the best of my ability.

Once again, my appointment with Dr. Fort was excellent in several ways and I am most grateful that he is my primary care doctor. He is so thorough, professional and addresses my concerns and pays close attention to my test results, etc. He requires an update to be done on my blood work and continues to monitor other tests from my other doctors. His staff and his nurse were professional as well , caring and addressed my questions with kindness.

I am deeply disappointed to be writing this because I truly believed this was the best doctor I had ever found. His medical expertise is excellent, but unfortunately, the scheduling is completely unreliable. My last several appointments have been cancelled on the day of the visit, often after I’ve already cleared my schedule to be there. As much as I value his care, it is impossible to maintain a treatment plan when you can’t actually get into the office. I hope the practice addresses this, as it’s a huge disservice to his patients.
