I was informed that you are now doing the shots I needed from my migraines on another floor. I had to go to floor five spend my co-pay just to be told that I had to make another appointment to go down to floor for at a different time for my shots. That cost me two co-pays to be told that and the person that I have become most comfortable with over the years will no longer be giving me my shots. I believe that could've been told to me over the phone, as I do not live in the center of West Hartford and had to take a trip in to be told that they couldn't give me the shots the day I was there. Very disappointing. I canceled my appointment to have the procedure done. I feel so this is very unprofessional , however my medical assistant was and always has been very professional and very sweet. I could've had my shot near might've time. I took her to tell me I couldn't have it.

Sheena Mehta PA was thorough in her examination of me. She asked questions about my responses, both written and verbal, to obtain a more accurate profile of my condition.
