If this is meant for Dr. Roesch, I think she is great. I have had her helping me for years and I am lucky to have her.

Dr. Roesch took me in after I had moved away from the area for a few years. She quickly arranged for every single test to bring me up to date and explained everything very thoroughly. I felt a great rapport with her and feels that it was a very productive and useful yearly exam. I'm very grateful.

Stay away from this doctor. If I believed her medical opinions I might have died. I never write bad reviews and have put off writing this for years but I felt that it could save someone else. My pain and symptoms were repeatedly ignored by her. My symptoms were written off as mental illness and anxiety. I left several appointments and burst into tears in the car afterwards because she made me feel so unheard and like everything was just in my head. Even knowing my family history of multiple autoimmune diseases, she still barely looked at me at appointments, and would tell me that I didn’t need certain tests that I would request. I was also given tests once that were never even processed. When I called the front desk, they told me that they were misplaced. Other medical documents I gave her to update my file and potentially help connect the dots, were never updated. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were just put in the trash. I figured out I had endometriosis through my own research and flew to a specialist out of state who believed me and agreed to do exploratory surgery. I was right about having endometriosis and many of my organs were fused together. Finding this specialist on my own is also the only reason that the cancerous tumors on my appendix were found. I had told Dr Roesch about severe pain in my abdomen at multiple appointments before and was not taken seriously. I later had a seizure that caused aphasia and was hospitalized for 12 days with autoimmune encephalitis that damaged my brain. I found out through another doctor that I had Lyme, Babesiosis and Bartonella which could have caused the attack to my brain. I was also diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases later. Dr Roesch never suggested testing for these, she never suggested any tests and told me that I didn’t need the ones I would ask for. So much of my suffering could have been reduced if she just believed my pain and admitted when she didn’t have the answers and referred me to someone else. I was still young and naive then but doctors like this are unfortunately common and cause so much trauma to people with chronic illnesses. It’s okay for doctors to admit that they don’t have the answers and refer you to someone else, it’s not okay to deny a patients symptoms and make them feel like they’re crazy. A woman being the one gaslighting other women in a system that already greatly neglects women’s health and minimizes their pain is truly shameful.
