Dr Tauro was very kind, taking time to explain things even though he really wasn't able to physically help - he did a lot to explain to me my situation. I so appreciated this, he has no idea.

Update 3 years later: I went to dr. Tauro in June. I was left in the exam room for an hour, not exaggerating, waiting for him to see me. I thought he must of had an emergency and I know that is a priority however noone came in to tell me he had an emergency then i wondered if he needed to eat lunch or something. Very rude of them. When he finally did come to my exam room he was rude, pacing around and talked alot about medications, offered me the Marijuana drug, I refused yuck! He never apologized and I was surprised with him and his abusive attitude. When I went to him a few times a couple of years ago and had the nerve testing again, he sent me for another MRI showing my balance issues he seemed genuinely concerned. He offered me another, but I told him I didn't feel I needed one at that time. He said ok and said if I need to he will leave it opeñ that I can return if I needed to. He also wrote that in my visit summary. I started having falls, shaking, headaches so I made an appointment with him my neurologist. Pretty sad treatment of his patients, wondering if that was the real Dr. Tauro. I am also 70+ years old with disabilities. Former patient Dr. Tauro really does care about his patients. He listens and wants what is best for them. His staff is awesome too. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Not happy with Dr. Tauro at all! I had an appointment to see him today and the office just called to inform me that he don't want to see me and to follow up with my other doctor! I've been seeing doctors for a year and a half now and still no concrete answers as to why I can't feel my legs and feet and multiple other issues. This is unprofessional and I expect better from HHC which is failing miserably in my opinion. What a huge disappointment!

Dr. Tauro was attentive and spent the time to understand my issue. He was also very personable and a pleasure to talk to.
