Dr. Perkins is the first doctor ever to take my symptoms seriously. While he didn't promise the exact solution (which would've been unreasonable), he did promise that we will try different things until the symptoms are appropriately addressed. He also spent time discussing other potential contributing factors and making sure I have a plan in place to address them (such as referral to allergist). Thank you!

Dr Perkins has been my pulmonologist for five years. I followed him when his practice moved to HHC and would follow him if he ever moved again. He has carefully yet conservatively problemed solved my respiratory troubles. I used to have at least three severe asthma events a year. Each event could take five or six weeks to work through and could required up to two rounds of prednisone . The last two years I have had one mild event, lasting less than ten days. My quality of life has improved significantly since working with Dr. Perkins.
