What happened:

Rocco and Abigail reviewed a patient’s final report that had been signed off by both the resident and the radiologist. The report stated that no fracture had been seen, when, in fact, the patient had a C-spine fracture. The two CT techs brought this to the radiologist’s attention and the report was revised.

Rocco and Abigail practiced a questioning attitude and thereby ensured that the patient’s information was correct.
