What happened:

Patient was admitted to floor-level of care and an order was set for PRN (as-needed) intravenous midazolam – a medication used for moderate sedation. Mackenzie utilized her H3W behaviors by questioning the order because this medication is not administered on floor-level of care. She reached out to the patient’s providers to discontinue the orders.
