What happened:
Several COVID-positive patients came to the HHCMG business for treatment. Scott asked to see the appointment info on a patient’s phone. He realized that patients were being scheduled for virtual consults but the appointments showed the office address. Scott alerted the manager overseeing the consults who ensured that patients were informed during scheduling that their appointment would be virtual. Also, signage was created for the building.
