What happened:

Jefte and Anitra identified loose call bells and wall plates that were being temporarily secured to the wall with tape.

 

 

Safety behaviors demonstrated:

Jefte and Anitra demonstrated attention to detail by noticing that the equipment in the room was not in a safe condition. They spoke up for safety and three clinical care units were assessed with three call bells and wall plates fixed, potentially avoiding harm to patients.
