My concerned were answered in terms I could understand. She explained what the test meant and the result and next steps we would take. She ask me additional questions that showed me that would give her more insight to issues they might affect my exciting condition. Plus additional concerns. She's a true doctor/ assistant, this is a true Pa / doctor not just a robot like insurance company's has tried to take away!

My first visit with dr O'Neil, she is a person who works with all her heart, I was nervous since she did not know my results, she attended me with that ability to explain and that great love that made me feel calm and in trust, today was my first treatment and I felt at home there must be many doctors like her who love their profession and show it thanks to her and all her staff. Melissa is a genius. She is a Team player, kind, caring, vigilant, and she is willing to think out side the box. You should thank her everyday for the work she does for your company. She is the very definition of the work Care Giver! You should also open up the empty suite of office and give her some space to do her job to the best of her ability. A positive work environment goes a long way.

Excellent care. Attentive to detail and provides clear, concise explanation of results and what is being tested for and why. Immediately responsive to messages. Takes a rational well analyzed approach to solving health issues.
