I needed a weight loss prescription and it had to be billed through Medicare and not my insurance company. I told this to Dr and office. They paid no attention and billed insurance company so no prescription. 2 weeks later I had my insurance company call the office and they told office step by step how to bill Medicare and they did not follow directions-They resubmitted it to my insurance company delaying prescription longer. I had called office 3 times to request Dr Teng call me and he never called nor did the office contact me to say why he would not call me. It took 7 weeks and hours of me on the phone with his office, pharmacy and Medicare. Horrible experience. Now I have to find a new doctor. Office said they were overworked and they were not familiar with how to bill it. It took my wife 3 days for her to go to doctor and get her prescription and it angers me it took Dr Teng and staff to delay me getting mine for 7 weeks. I do not recommend this doctor or office staff.

I helped my mom find a new primary care doctor, Xi Teng, DO, after her previous family doctor retired. Since my mom is not fluent in English, it was very important for us to find a doctor who could communicate in the same language, and Dr. Teng is a great fit. He is very patient, thorough, and takes the time to answer all questions clearly. He never makes the visit feel rushed and truly cares about his patients’ concerns. We also really appreciate that he personally follows up by phone when needed, especially after test results come in. It shows a strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness. Overall, we feel very comfortable and well cared for, and we’re grateful to have found such a reliable and thoughtful primary care doctor.

Dr Teng is phenomenal at patient relations. The attention I received was detailed and compassionate to my medical needs! I did not feel rushed as Dr Teng took his considerate time with me! Thank you, Dr Teng!
