What is the point of a get to know visit when I have been in the HHC system consistently for over 5 years. What is the point of keeping all the info electronically, if the physician still needs a get to know visit. Why do you require this visit when the reason I had to see a new doctor is because my prior doctor left the system? 3rd primary care doctor in 5 years within HHC not by choice but due to your practice. As a result, I don't get an annual physical. Over the last 3 years, I have only been able to secure 1 physical due to all your changes in physicians.
