Understand the Asian American experience

April 12, 2024

If we should walk a mile in someone’s shoes to understand their experience, the Asian American and Pacific Islander Colleague Resource Group has five pairs for you to try out.

In honor of Asian Heritage Month, five HHC leaders will share their unique perspectives about how to build a better future for Asian women and girls in business and leadership. It’s a conversation women from every culture can learn from.

  • Wednesday, May 8
  • 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Wesleyan RJ Julia Bookstore
  • 413 Main St., Middletown

Speakers include:

  • Connie Flores, director, Lean Office.
  • Milrose Mercado, senior vice president, supply chain.
  • Joy de Marcaida, MD, medical director, Chase Family Movement Disorders Center.
  • Mui Mui Hin-McCormick, clinical director, residential services, Rushford.
  • Siobhan Blancaflor, director of operations, Integrated Care Partners.
