The Chase Family Movement Disorders Center is dedicated to educating the community through outreach education programs and support groups.

Wellness Classes are offered in the Cheshire and Vernon locations at no charge to patients of the Chase Family Movement Disorders Center. PD SELF - Transforming Lives Through the Power of Self-Efficacy

Description: This is a national program of the Movement Disorders Foundation that provides newly diagnosed Parkinson's patients with a scientifically-based disease management approach. PD SELF provides those with PD with the education, tools and motivation to manage their disease with courage and confidence.

Second Wednesday of every month, starting October 9, 2019 for 8 months, 12:15-3:15 p.m.

Description: Research has shown that integrative therapies may help to decrease anxiety, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain and accelerate healing.
