Transforming Lives Through the Power of Self-Efficacy (PDSELF)

Description: This is a national program of the Movement Disorders Foundation that provides newly diagnosed Parkinson's patients with a scientifically-based disease management approach.
Dates/TImes: Meets twice a month for 1-1/2 hours over a period of four months

Integrative Medicine Wellness Programs

Description: Research has shown that integrative therapies may help to decrease anxiety, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain and accelerate healing.
Massage: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, by appointment.
Acupuncture: Fridays, by appointment.
