Parkinson’s Living Room

Description: Virtual support group for people with Parkinson’s disease and Care Partners. Guests from various disciplines, such as physical therapists, home care agencies, and speech professionals, provide valuable information with time to ask questions.
Dates/Times: Fourth Friday of the month, at 11:00 a.m.

Movement Disorders and Other Neurodegenerative Conditions: Support for Caregivers-Virtual Series

Description: Virtual support group for caregivers/care-partners with spotlights on various topics. Leading with a brief clinician presentation will follow an opportunity for participants to share and contribute thoughts and experiences related to the topic.
Dates/Times: First and Third Tuesday of the month, at 10:00 a.m.

APDA Virtual Parkinson’s Roadmap for Education and
Support ServicesTM (PRESSTM)

Description: The group is open to any adult who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the last 5 years, their care partners and adult family members.
Dates/Times: Twice a Year, Spring and Fall

Parkinson's Self-Efficacy Learning Forum (PD Self)

Description: A national program of the Movement Disorders Foundation that provides newly diagnosed Parkinson's patients with a scientifically-based disease management approach. The group is open to people with Parkinson's and their care partners within three years of diagnosis who can commit to a 4-month bi-weekly program. Registration required.
Dates/Times: Twice a month for 1-1/2 hours over a period of four months.

We feel that combined with modern treatments and cutting edge therapies, our variety of wellness classes offer a way to keep our patients on the right track to living their best life. Offering classes like Yoga, Tai Chi, Boxing, and Dance free of charge to our patients; our hope is that you join us in our safe and comfortable setting.
