The Memory Care Center in Wethersfield is a special clinical practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating problems with thinking and memory. The Memory Care Center provides both diagnosis and, if desired, continuing care after diagnosis.

The Memory Care Center strives to function as a “care home” for people with thinking and memory problems. Some of the conditions we treat are dementias, like Alzheimer’s disease. We also help patients learn whether their thinking problems are due to something other than dementia, like depression or anxiety.
