Departments & Services

Connect to comprehensive care, uniquely designed to achieve this mission: No seizures, no side effects.

We begin your care with a comprehensive evaluation by our entire team of specialists: Not only epileptologists and neurosurgeons, but also a neuropsychologist who helps distinguish epilepsy from episodes related to psychiatric disorders, and counsels patients on the behavioral and emotional issues that can accompany your illness. As part of the Hartford HealthCare Neuroscience Institute, all our specialists from different disciplines meet weekly to review the best possible course of treatment for your specific condition.

Come to us for a second opinion on medication management. No matter what your diagnosis, we will take care of you.

That includes a full range of outpatient therapies — physical, occupational and speech — to help you manage your condition to keep your everyday life as normal as possible
