Personal Items Drop-Off Information

Thank you for trusting Hartford HealthCare. It’s our privilege to care for you.

Our visitor restrictions are designed to keep you safe during the COVID-19 emergency.

We also understand that support from friends and family can promote healing and that items from home can help you feel more comfortable and connected.

With this in mind, visitors are invited to drop off personal items at designated entrances daily during the following time frames:

  • 8–9:30 am

  • 12–1:30 pm

Items must be delivered to the hospital in a sealed plastic bag (you can use tape or a twist tie if items are too big for a zipper-lock bag) and marked with the patient’s name and date of birth.
