We recognize that losing weight involves more than just changing the way you eat and exercising more. Our unique, multidisciplinary team is highly trained in medical supervision, nutrition education, behavior modification, and exercise instruction, with a mission to provide the best care and positive outcome. We have offered medical weight loss programs for 25 years.

Our team of skilled professionals includes: Physicians, Behavioral Psychologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists.

Three types of programs are offered:

1. Take off - This is a low calorie diet ranging from 500 to 900 calories a day. This plan may include liquid meal replacement and/or food. Participants receive weekly medical supervision with attention to weight-related medical conditions. The program includes 12 weeks of educational classes taught by a behavioral psychologist and registered dietitian.

2. CORE - This program features a reduced-calorie food plan great than 1,000 calories a day. It may include liquid mail replacement in addition to food. Participants receive weekly weight monitoring by a registered dietitian. The program includes 12 week of educational classes taught by a behavioral psychologist and registered dietitian.

3. Medical Nutrition Therapy - This program features individual nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian to address health goals and develop a nutrition plan around medical history and food preferences. The plan may include liquid meal replacement in addition to food.

Friends, family, or translators are welcome. Attendees must be over 18 years old.
