I was very impressed and appreciative of the time Erin spent with me and the care she demonstrated. She was very empathetic and acknowledged my feelings of concern and frustration. I had many, many questions and she answered them all in detail and with the most patience. I did not feel rushed at all and I did not feel like she was holding back any information or trying to dumb things down for me too much. She answered all my questions in a way that I would not only understand the information, but also with respect for my ability to understand it. I can't remember the last time a practitioner spent that much time with me in the exam room or that was so understanding and willing to answer so many questions fully and truthfully. I have been frustrated with the lack of definitive answers and plans, but Erin's time spent with me answering all my questions has left me feeling more informed and comfortable with making a decision for myself.
