Sulada Kanchana, MD, PhD, is a movement disorders specialist with the Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience Institute’s Chase Family Movement Disorders Center.

Dr. Kanchana earned a medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed an internship at Detroit Medical Center, a residency in neurology at the University of Wisconsin, and a fellowship in movement disorders at the National Institutes of Health.

Fluent in Thai, she is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society and the American Academy of Neurology.
