Dr. Berkun has been our pediatrician for our daughter since birth. He was wonderful since my delivery. He’s great with children and our daughter loves going. As a new mom he’s been very patient with answering questions as well being available at times when I just don’t know how to proceed in a situation. He’s walked me through minor colds to major ones. He’s been my daughter’s pediatrician since birth (2+ years). As a first time mom we interviewed different Dr. He was the most genuine and kind. He visited the hospital every day when my daughter was born and has been wonderful since. At our visits no matter how silly my questions seem to me he always assures me it’s ok and answers. He’s really the best. My daughter loves going to the Dr because of him.

Dr. Berkun is an amazing pediatrician. I have known him over ten years and he has taken care of 3 of my children. He is so thorough with his exams and takes the time to speak with you about any concerns . He is calm and not an alarmist . Many times I have called over a weekend and he totally calmed me down with any concerns I had over my child. He is especially patient and kind with special needs children too. I would highly recommend him as a pediatrician . You always feel reassured leaving his office that no stone was left unturned and your child is cared for in great hands.

One of the doctors you want to take your kids to knowing that they will be taken care. We started going to HRFM in 2009 with our first son and when our daughter was born, Dr. Berkun was the only choice we ever considered. He actually makes it a high priority for him to see his newly born patients within hours of the delivery. 15 years later, we still go to Dr. Berkun even that it takes us about an hour to drive to his office. Recommending based on our personal experience.
