Valeria Martinez-Kaigi, PhD is a Clinical Health Psychologist who specializes in the treatment of co-morbid medical and mental health conditions. She is part of a multidisciplinary medical team and has expertise in biological, behavioral, and psychosocial aspects of medical conditions and illness prevention. She uses a person-centered and integrated treatment approach to tailor evidence-based psychological, cognitive and behavioral treatments for each patient. Treatments aim to improve patient’s health and well-being, minimize the negative impact of medical conditions, enhance medical treatment outcomes and generate a better quality of life.
